The 21st edition of the International Dance Competition "Danza…che passione!” will take place on March 23rd, 2025 to the Theater Orione in Rome/Italy under the Artistic Direction of Rita Galdieri.
The Competition is divided in the followings sections: Classical, Character, Neo Classical, Pas de Deux, Duo, Modern, Contemporary, Musical and Choreographic Composition.
It will be organized for young dancers of both sexes, of inclusive age among 5 and 11 years for the category Elementary, among 12 and 14 years for the category Students, among 15 and 17 years for the category Juniores, among 18 and 26 years for the category Seniores.
For Choreographic Composition section there are not limits of age.
Musical and Choreographic Composition sections are only for Groups.
Every participant to the Contest must have his own insurance certificate against accidents and his own certificate of attesting physical fitness "Healthy and strong constitution."
It is sufficient that each School (or each participant, if not included in any school) provides a self-certification valid for all the participating students.
Registrations are open
Registration to the Competition must be done,
without any possible postponement, by the 09th March, 2025.

Announcement 2025
Art. 1 The Dance International competition is divided in the followings sections :
- Classical;
- Character
- Neo Classical
- Pas de Deux;
- Duo
- Modern;
- Contemporary;
- Choreographic composition.
- Musical
To the Classical, Character, Modern, Contemporary and Musical
sections, can participate young dancers of both sexes,
of inclusive age among 5 and 11 years for category Elementary,
of inclusive age among 12 and 14 years for category Students,
of inclusive age among 15 and 17 years for category Juniores,
of inclusive age among 18 and 26 years for category Seniores.
.
For the Pas de Deux Section (repertoire), can participate in the related
categories young dancers between the ages of 12 and 26.
Applicants aged between 5 and 11 can partecipate (Pas de
Deux/DUO) performing only in free variations.
In the section Choreographic Composition there are no age
limitations.
Choreographic Composition sections is only for Groups.
Category Elementary is for dancers born from March 24th , 2013
up to March 23rd, 2020.
Category Students is for dancers born from March 24th, 2010
up to March 23rd, 2013.
Category Juniores is for dancers born from March 24th, 2007
up to March 23rd, 2010.
Category Seniores is for dancers born from March 24th, 1998
up to March 23rd, 2007.
Art. 2 The application for admission must be compiled in every part
and sent away via mail (info@danzachepassione.com)
by 2025, March 9th.
Following payment receipt must be included in the mail as it
follows :
a) € 60.00 for soloist of Classical Dance, Modern, Contemporary;
b) € 120,00 for Pas de Deux;
c) € 160,00 for Groups up to 6 elements
d) € 220,00 for Groups up to 10 elements;
e) € 280,00 for Groups over than 10 elements
f) € 280,00 for Choreographic Composition.
The last term for presentation of forms,
without any possible postponement, for all the sections,
is 2025/03/09.
The organization won't consider forms that won't reach within such date.
It’s possible to participate to more than a section paying the relative amount of it.
To assist the Contest, the pass to entry the theatre MUST BE BOOKED (by the school from which the participant comes from), paying an amount of € 10,00 each for expences contribution.
In the case of participants non-associated at any Dance School, they can book directly at the organization of the competition.
The pass is personal and is valid all day long.
Children up to six years of age, whose entry is free, must have the place assigned to theatre anyway, therefore it is mandatory to communicate its number during the booking.

Art. 3 The competition will take place in Rome/Italy to the Theater
Orione, Via Tortona n°7, and it will begin at 10.00 l.t..
Art. 4 On the day of the competition, at the time of the registration,
competitors will have to exhibit an identity card. If checked by
date of birth and/or the competitor's identity is different from
the ones declared at the stage of enrollment, the candidate will
be excluded from the contest and will not be entitled to any refund.
Art. 5 Competitors are kindly requested to inform the Organization of
their eventual waiver and/or absence before the beginning of
competition.
Art. 6 All candidates of of Classical section must perform :
- one variation (free or from repertoire), if soloist;
- Pas de Deux, with variations and tail (repertoire),
if it’s a couple of candidates.
Art. 7 For the candidates of the Classical section, only for range of age
from the 5 to 14 years (category Elementary and Students), it is
suggested to present pieces expressly arranged keeping in mind
of their possibilities (free variation of maximum duration
of 2 minutes).
Art. 8 Soloist candidates, must present a piece with a maximum
duration of 3 minutes or as provided by the repertoire.
Art. 9 Pas de Deux/Duo candidates, must present a piece with a
maximum duration of 3 minutes or as provided by the repertoire
Art. 10 Groups exhibitions must have a maximum duration of 4 minutes.
Art. 11 Choreographic Composition and Musical exhibitions must have
a maximum duration of 6 minutes.
Art. 12 Section Pas de Deux / Duo category will be determined by the
age of the greatest of the components.
Art. 13 a) Groups up to 6 elements can have only a participant out of
age, but belonging only to the immediately superior category(Ex. 1).
b) Groups with more than 6 elements can have 2 participants
out of age, but belonging only to the immediately superior
category(Ex. 2)
Ex. 1 : in a group of "Elementary" can be present only a
participant belonging to the category "Students", in a group
of "Students" can be present only a participant belonging to
the category "Yuniores", in a group of "Yuniores" can be
present only a participant belonging to the category "Seniores".
Ex. 2 : in a group of "Elementary" can be present maximum 2
elements belonging to the category "Students", in a group of
"Students" can be present maximum 2 elements belonging
to the category "Yuniores", in a group of "Yuniores" can be
present maximum 2 elements participant belonging to the
category "Seniores".
For such motive remember that it is absolutely obligatory to send the
cards of registration within the 2025/03/09.
Art. 14 At the expiration of the maximum time expected for the
exibition, the music will be stopped, and the competitor/s
will be eliminated.
Art. 15 The jury, with careful evaluation of worth on the technical,
interpretative and aptitude abilities shown by the competitors,
will choose winners, and, to the first classified of every
category, scholarships in high formation centers and summer
stage will be assigned.
The scholarships, kindly offered and personally assigned by the
jurors, can be assigned also to the participants considered by
them deservingly independently of results of the contest.
JUDGMENT OF THE JURY IS
UNQUESTIONABLE AND IRREVOCABLE.
Art. 16 Participants must be equipped with a USB key that must contain
the musical recording relative to the proper performance/s (.mp3 file
format). The responsible of the School (or the participant, if he is not
inserted in a School) will deliver the aforementioned USB support to
the audio engineer explaining him the content
(number/s of the track/s contents).
The recordings considered not professional (defective, with noises,
back noises, etc.) can have refused from the jury, and therefore cause
of elimination from competition.
Art. 17 The competition ladder will be online 3 days before the beginning of
the contest and sent by mail to all participants.
Art. 18 Each school will receive 1 free pass for the teacher/director or
choreographer. Schools that will feature 20 to 40 competitors will be
eligible for 2 passes. Over 40 competitors will be awarded 3 passes.
Participants in the Contest, awaiting their turn, will have free access
to the Gallery of the Theater in the center of which, in the 1st row,
will be located the Jury. For this reason, competitors in the Gallery,
MUST maintain the maximum silence.
Art. 19 Candidate admitted to the Competition, automatically authorizes the organization (unless his/her own written disapproval) to freely use of
his/her own image, as well as the personal data, for promotional,
informative and statistic purposes, according to the EU law GPDR 2016;
furthermore, the competitor accepts every articles and contents of
this regulation.
Also remember that, to protect the right to privacy and
confidentiality, filming and/or photographing, at the private level,
during the course of the competition, is strictly prohibited.
Art. 20 Video and photo service will be done by professional dedicated
personnel, then it’s not allowed to take pictures and / or record videos
with private mobile phones, cameras and video cameras.
Art. 21 In case of missed attainment of a minimum number of participants
the Organization reserves the right to unite e/o to eliminate sections
and categories. In such case the participants are requested to perform in another section.
Art. 22 If after the expiration date (March 09, 2025) there are any waivers,
EXCLUSIVELY FOR DOCUMENTED HEALTH REASONS,
the organization will refund with the following methods:
soloist, full refund; group, a fee of € 100 will be retained for
organizational expenses, and will be reimbursed remaining share.
Art. 23 In the event that subscriptions will not reach sufficient
numbers, the Organization reserves the right to cancel the
competition.
In this case the fees paid for registration will be completely returned.
For any controversy place of jurisdiction is Rome.

Organizzazione : “Il Balletto” di Rita Galdieri
La 21^ edizione del Concorso Internazionale della Danza “Danza…che passione!” si svolgerà il 23/03/2025 al Teatro Orione di Roma sotto la Direzione Artistica di Rita Galdieri.
Il Concorso, è suddiviso nelle seguenti sezioni: Danza Classica, Danza di Carattere, NeoClassico, Pas de Deux, Duo, Modern jazz, Contemporanea, Musical e Composizione Coreografica. Possono parteciparvi giovani danzatori d'ambo i sessi, di età compresa tra i 5 e i 11 anni per la categoria aspiranti ,tra gli 12 e i 14 anni per la categoria allievi, tra i 15 e i 17 anni per la categoria juniores, tra i 18 e i 26 anni per la categoria seniores.
Per la sezione Composizione Coreografica non ci sono limiti di età.
Le sezioni Musical e Composizione Coreografica sono previste solo per Gruppi.
Ciascun partecipante al Concorso deve essere in possesso di propria polizza assicurativa contro infortuni e di certificato di idoneità fisica attestante “Sana e robusta costituzione”. A tal proposito si precisa che è sufficiente che ciascuna Scuola (o ciascun partecipante, se non inserito in una scuola) fornisca un’autocertificazione valida per tutti gli allievi partecipanti.

Art. 1 Il concorso Internazionale della Danza è suddiviso nelle seguenti sezioni :
- Danza Classica;
- Danza di Carattere;
- NeoClassico;
- Pas de Deux;
- Duo;
- Moderno;
- Contemporaneo;
- Composizione Coreografica.
- Musical
Per la sezione Classica, Carattere, Moderno, Contemporaneo e Musical possono partecipare giovani danzatori d’ambo i sessi, di età compresa tra i 5 e i 11 anni per la categoria aspiranti, di età compresa tra gli 12 e i 14 anni per la categoria allievi, tra i 15 e i 17 anni per la categoria juniores, tra i 18 e i 26 anni per la categoria seniores.
Per la Sezione Pas de Deux (repertorio) possono partecipare, nelle relative sezioni, giovani danzatori compresi tra i 12 e i 26 anni.
I candidati con età compresa tra i 5 e i 11 anni possono partecipare (Pas de Deux/DUO) esibendosi unicamente in variazioni libere.
Per la sezione Composizione Coreografica non ci sono limiti di età.
La sezione Composizione Coreografica è prevista solo per Gruppi.
Accedono alla categoria aspiranti tutti i nati dal 24 Marzo 2013 al 23 Marzo 2020.
Accedono alla categoria allievi tutti i nati dal 24 Marzo 2010 al 23 Marzo 2013.
Accedono alla categoria juniores tutti i nati dal 24 Marzo 2007 al 23 Marzo 2010.
Accedono alla categoria seniores tutti i nati dal 24 Marzo 1998 al 23 Marzo 2007.
Art. 2 La domanda di ammissione dovrà essere compilata in ogni sua parte ed
inviata via mail all’indirizzo infodanzachepassione@gmail.com entro il
09/03/2025.
Andrà inoltre allegata la ricevuta dell’avvenuto pagamento come segue :
a) € 60.00 per solisti di Danza Classica, Danza di Carattere, NeoClassico,
Moderno, Contemporaneo.
b) € 120,00 per il Pas de Deux / Duo;
c) € 160,00 per i gruppi fino a 6 elementi;
d) € 220,00 per i gruppi fino a 10 elementi;
e) € 280,00 per i gruppi oltre i 10 elementi;
f) € 280,00 per la Composizione Coreografica.
Il termine ultimo per la presentazione delle domande, per tutte le sezioni, è il
09/03/2025.
L’Organizzazione non terrà conto delle domande che non perverranno entro tale
data.
E’ possibile partecipare a più di una sezione pagandone le relative quote.
Per assistere alle esibizioni del Concorso
SI DOVRA’
prenotare presso la scuola di provenienza dell’allievo/a partecipante il pass per
l’ingresso al teatro al costo di € 10,00 ciascuno per contributo spese. Nel caso di
partecipanti non associati ad alcuna Scuola di Danza, si potrà prenotare
direttamente all’organizzazione del concorso.
Il pass è personale ed è valido per tutta la giornata.
I bambini fino a sei anni di età, il cui ingresso è libero, devono comunque avere il
posto assegnato a Teatro; si prega quindi di comunicarne l’eventuale numero al
momento della prenotazione.
Il pagamento deve avvenire attraverso versamento su c/c bancario presso la
Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, sede di Roma-EUR, intestato a: Il Balletto 2
ASD di PS, codice IBAN IT29S0538703200000003165258,
BIC SWIFT : BPMOIT22XXX. indicando nella causale : “ Concorso DANZA CHE
PASSIONE 2025”.
Art. 3 Il concorso si svolgerà a Roma al Teatro Orione sito in Via Tortona n°7 ed avrà
inizio alle ore 10.00.
Art. 4 Il giorno del concorso, contestualmente alla registrazione, i concorrenti
dovranno esibire un documento d’identità o la Tessera Sanitaria. Se dai controlli
effettuati la data di nascita e/o l’identità del concorrente risultassero diverse da
quelle dichiarate in fase d’iscrizione, il candidato sarà escluso dalla gara e non avrà
diritto ad alcun rimborso.
Art. 5 I concorrenti iscritti al Concorso sono pregati di comunicare all’Organizzazione
la loro eventuale rinuncia e/o la propria assenza entro l’inizio della competizione.
Art. 6 Tutti candidati di della sezione classica dovranno eseguire :
- una variazione (libera o di repertorio), se si tratta di un solo candidato;
- pas de deux con variazioni e coda(repertorio), se si tratta di una coppia di
candidati.
Art. 7 Per i candidati della sezione classica, limitatamente alla fascia di età dai 5 ai 14 anni (categoria aspiranti e allievi), si suggerisce di presentare brani appositamente
composti tenendo conto delle loro possibilità ( variazione libera della durata
massima di 2 minuti).
Art. 8 Per i candidati solisti brano da presentare dovrà avere una durata massima di 3
minuti o come previsto da repertorio.
Art. 9 Per i candidati della sezione Pas de deux / Duo il brano da presentare dovrà
avere una durata massima di 3 minuti o come previsto da repertorio.
Art.10 Per i gruppi la durata massima dell’esibizione dovrà essere di 4 minuti.
Art.11 Per la Composizione Coreografica e Musical la durata massima dell’esibizione
dovrà essere di 6 minuti.
Art.12 La categoria dei partecipanti alla sezione Pas de Deux/Duo sarà determinata
dall’età del maggiore dei componenti.
Art.13 a) Nei gruppi fino a 6 elementi è ammesso un solo partecipante fuori età, ma
che può appartenere al massimo alla categoria immediatamente superiore
(Es_1).
b) Nei gruppi oltre i 6 elementi sono ammessi 2 partecipanti fuori età, ma che
possono appartenere al massimo alla categoria immediatamente superiore
(Es_2).
Es_1 : in un gruppo di “Aspiranti” può essere presente al massimo un
partecipante appartenente alla categoria “Allievi”, in un gruppo di “Allievi”
può essere presente al massimo un partecipante appartenente alla
categoria “Juniores”, in un gruppo di “Juniores” può essere presente al
massimo un partecipante appartenente alla categoria “Seniores”.
Es_2 : in un gruppo di “Aspiranti” possono essere presenti al massimo 2
partecipanti appartenenti alla categoria “Allievi”, in un gruppo di “Allievi”
possono essere presenti al massimo 2 partecipanti appartenenti alla
categoria “Juniores”, in un gruppo di “Juniores” possono essere presenti al massimo 2 partecipanti appartenenti alla categoria “Seniores”.
Per tale motivo si ricorda che è assolutamente obbligatorio inviare le schede d’iscrizione entro la data di scadenza del 09/03/2025, pena la NON partecipazione al concorso.
Art.14 Allo scadere del tempo max previsto per l’esibizione in corso, la musica verrà
fermata ed il/i concorrente/i in gara verrà/verranno eliminato/i.
Art.15 La giuria, con attenta valutazione di merito sulle capacità tecniche
interpretative ed attitudinali dimostrate dai concorrenti, stabilirà quali sono i
vincitori, ed ai primi classificati di ciascuna categoria, verranno assegnate borse di
studio presso centri di alta formazione e stage estivi.
Le borse di studio, gentilmente offerte e personalmente assegnate dai giurati,
possono essere assegnate anche ai partecipanti da loro ritenuti meritevoli
indipendentemente dai risultati del concorso.
IL GIUDIZIO DELLA GIURIA E’ “INSINDACABILE ED INAPPELLABILE”.
Art.16 I partecipanti dovranno essere muniti di chiavetta USB che dovrà contenere
la registrazione musicale relativa alla/e propria/e esibizione/i (formato file
mp3). Il responsabile della Scuola ( oppure il partecipante, se si presenta in
proprio non inserito in alcuna Scuola) consegnerà il suddetto supporto USB al
tecnico audio spiegandone il contenuto (numero/i di gara del/i brano/i
contenuti).
Le registrazioni ritenute non professionali ( imperfette, con fruscii, con rumori
di fondo, etc… ) potranno essere rifiutate dalla giuria, e quindi causa di
eliminazione dal concorso.
Art.17 La scaletta del Concorso, con i relativi numeri di presentazione, sarà messa on
line 3 giorni prima dell’inizio della gara e inviata via mail a tutti i soggetti
partecipanti.
Art.18 Ogni Scuola riceverà 1 pass per l' insegnante/direttore o il coreografo.
Le scuole che presenteranno da 20 a 40 concorrenti avranno diritto a 2 pass;
se i Concorrenti saranno più di 40, alla Scuola verranno assegnati 3 pass.
I partecipanti al Concorso, in attesa del proprio turno, avranno accesso gratuito
nella Galleria del Teatro al centro della quale, nella 1a fila, sarà collocata la
postazione della Giuria.
Per tale motivo si pregano i concorrenti in Galleria, di mantenere il massimo
silenzio.
Art.19 Il candidato che viene ammesso al Concorso, autorizza automaticamente
l’organizzazione (a meno che non venga espresso per iscritto il proprio dissenso)
ad utilizzare liberamente la propria immagine, nonché i dati personali, a fini
promozionali, informativi e statistici, ai sensi della legge UE GPDR 2016, ed accetta
questo regolamento in ogni suo articolo e contenuto.
Si ricorda inoltre che, per tutelare il diritto alla privacy e alla riservatezza, è vietato
filmare e/o fotografare, a livello privato, durante lo svolgimento del concorso.
Art.20 Il servizio video e fotografico sarà a cura di personale professionista dedicato,
per cui non sarà possibile scattare foto e/o registrare video con telefoni cellulari,
macchine fotografiche e video camere.
Art.21 In caso di mancato raggiungimento di un numero minimo di partecipanti
l’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di unire e/o eliminare le discipline e/o le
categorie.
In tal caso i partecipanti sono invitati ad esibirsi in un’altra sezione.
Art. 22 Se dopo la data di scadenza (09 Marzo 2025) ci fossero delle rinunce,
ESCLUSIVAMENTE PER MOTIVI SANITARI DOCUMENTATI, l’organizzazione
provvederà al rimborso con le seguenti modalità :
Solista, rimborso completo;
Gruppo, verrà trattenuta una quota di € 100 per spese organizzative, e verrà
rimborsata la quota rimanente.
Art.23 Nel caso che le iscrizioni non dovessero raggiungere un numero sufficiente,
l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di annullare il concorso.
In questo caso le quote versate per l’iscrizione verranno restituite.
Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Roma.
